A: Yes, we accept insurance as an in-network and out-of-network provider, depending upon the insurance provider. Please call and we can help clarify your insurance benefit and determine what your cost will be for services . If cost is of concern to you, please call to discuss our sliding fee scale.

A: Check, credit card or cash payment is accepted at the time of service. Paypal is available on our website.
Q: What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?
A: Please complete the appropriate information form found on our Forms page and bring it with you to your first session. If you are a minor, your parent should accompany you to your first appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Q: What can I expect at my first appointment?
A: The first session will be an assessment appointment. This will be a time to discuss what brings you to counseling, your concerns, your goals, and history. The first session is approximately 90 minutes, with subsequent sessions lasting 50 minutes.
