About Us
Foundations Counseling & Consultation Services provides Mental Health Services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.  We begin by providing a comprehensive individual or family assessment to include treatment recommendations.  Further, Foundations provides comprehensive Alcohol & Drug assessments to adolescents and young adults and provides education and treatment services up to Level I treatment.  If more intensive treatment is required, a referral will be made to an appropriate service provider.

Foundations also provides consultation services in the areas of Alcohol & Drug education, Suicide Intervention, Skills, and Training, and Anxiety, Depression and Positive Behavior Support education to Parents, Schools and Mental Health Agencies/Providers.  
Paige Hirt, LPC, NCC, CADC I
Monica Parmley, LCSW
Paige is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC) with 21 years of experience working with children, families and adults in a variety of residential and community-based settings.  She holds a Master of Arts Degree from Pacific University in Counseling Psychology.  Paige has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and practices within a Solution Focused and Strength Based therapeutic approach.  Additionally, Paige values an Integrated Systems approach to include family, school, community, and environment.  She supports using a client's strengths while encouraging autonomy and empowerment within a respectful environment. 
Monica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 14 years of experience working with youth and families in non-profit and school settings. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Portland State University and a BA in Psychology from Whitworth University. Monica practices from a strengths-based and systems perspective utilizing Narrative, Solution Focused and Family Systems approaches. She believes a client's strengths and resilience may be accessed through a supportive and collaborative partnership in order to bring about desired change. 

DeShawn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience focusing on youth and their families. DeShawn recognizes the need to offer keen clinical insight in treating symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disordered and negative behavioral presentation and has provided these services in a variety of settings. DeShawn is passionate about working with youth of color and their families and has an empathic understanding of the many barriers and challenges faced when addressing concerns of mental illness and stress. DeShawn yearns to see individuals and families brought into alignment and families who are healthy, happy, and functioning at their greatest capacity.
